Biography:

Eric Vaughn-Flam is Of Counsel of Luo & Waters PLLC. He an experienced business attorney who understands corporate practice, commercial transactions and litigation. Mr. Vaughn-Flam combines his business expertise with a subspecialty in intellectual property. He is currently the Head of the Intellectual Property Department at Cooper Levenson.
